Andrew grew up always reading something, there was always a book in his hands. Eventually, he tried to write his own ideas down. He has been writing stories since he was fourteen-years-old, but didn’t seriously consider becoming an author until the age of sixteen, when he began working on his first full length novel. His primary focus is YA science fiction and fantasy, but does like to try new genres and styles. To date, Andrew has written several complete manuscripts.
He is a lover of all kinds of science fiction and fantasy ranging from Star Wars and Star Trek to Dune and Lord of the Rings. His favorite novel is The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, as he believes it’s one the most unique and imaginative books ever written. Though he enjoys sci-fi, he is not limited to it. Good storytelling will usually gain his attention in either book or movie form.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Andrew moved to Grandville, Michigan in the Fall of 2004, where he has lived ever since.
